These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the 8bett platform, available at 8bett.cam ("Platform", "Site", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing any page of this Platform or using any service offered through it, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account, access the Platform or use any of the services offered on it. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of location, device or access method.

8bett is an English-language online betting and live casino platform designed primarily for Pakistani users. All content on this Platform is published in English. These Terms are written in English and the English version shall be the authoritative version in the event of any dispute or ambiguity arising from translation.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 8bett website at 8bett.cam, including all sub-pages, features, content and services accessible through it.
• "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses, browses or holds a registered account on the Platform.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform, subject to successful verification.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4.1 Account Creation

To access the full range of Services on 8bett, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and current information as requested. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

8bett operates under a licensing framework that requires identity verification. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any time the Platform deems verification necessary:

• Government-issued photo ID (national identity card, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership.
• Source of funds documentation where required by anti-money laundering obligations.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 8bett will never contact you to request your password. Any activity carried out through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to support prior to that activity occurring.

4.4 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one registered Account. If duplicate Accounts are identified, 8bett reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, combine balances at its discretion, and void any Bonuses or winnings generated across duplicate Accounts.

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Commercial use, systematic exploitation of the Platform or use for any purpose other than personal wagering and gaming is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You must not, at any time:

• Use any software, bot, script, algorithm or automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engage in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting designed to exploit Platform pricing errors, or any form of fraudulent wagering.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts, the Platform's back-end systems or any associated network infrastructure.
• Use the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that may constitute a financial crime under applicable law.
• Post, transmit or distribute content that is defamatory, offensive, obscene or otherwise unlawful through any communication feature on the Platform.
• Exploit any error, bug or glitch in the Platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of known errors will be void.

5.3 Technical Access

Access to the Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. 8bett does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, network disruptions or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.1 Display Currency

Account balances and transactions on 8bett are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of Pakistani users. Actual processing currency may vary depending on the applicable operator and payment method. Any currency conversion is applied at the rate set by the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction.

6.2 Payment Method References

References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options (BTC, ETH, USDT) on this Platform are provided as familiar contextual references for Pakistani users. They do not constitute confirmation that these providers support gambling transactions, nor do they represent endorsement by or affiliation with those institutions. Availability of specific payment methods is determined by the operator and may change without notice.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the completion of KYC verification, wagering of any applicable Bonus requirements, and compliance with minimum and maximum withdrawal limits as set by the operator. 8bett reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests. 6.4 Deposits Are Not Guaranteed Investments

7.1 General Bonus Terms

By claiming a Bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the specific terms applicable to that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, Bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution percentages and time limits for each Bonus are set out in the relevant promotion details. Bets placed on certain game types (for example, low-margin sports bets or excluded casino games) may contribute at a reduced rate or zero towards satisfying a Wagering Requirement.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

8bett reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a user or group of users is exploiting promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit, or any other form of Bonus abuse. Decisions regarding Bonus abuse are made at 8bett's sole discretion.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

8bett reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that rights already accrued by a user prior to such modification are not adversely affected.

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

8bett reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, where odds are clearly mispriced, or where the Platform suspects fraudulent activity. All bets are subject to the maximum stake and payout limits applicable to the relevant market at the time of placement.

8.2 Cricket, PSL and Sporting Events

Cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and bilateral series — are among the primary markets available on 8bett. Specific cricket betting rules, including settlement procedures for abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applications, and player prop market rules, are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. Football, UFC and other sports markets are governed by their respective sport-specific rules.

8.3 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. Bets placed on live markets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. Network latency or device performance — particularly relevant for users in Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and other cities on variable mobile connections — may result in odds changing between the initiation and confirmation of a bet. The confirmed odds at acceptance are final.

8.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned and not completed within a specified timeframe; a clear pricing error is identified; the bet was placed in breach of these Terms; or where required by the Platform's licensing obligations. Void bets are returned to the user's account balance at the original stake amount.

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you deposit.

• Self-Exclusion — block your account for a minimum period or permanently.

10.1 Suspension by 8bett

8bett reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal or abusive purposes.
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Continued access to the Account poses a financial crime, regulatory or reputational risk.
• The Account holder has breached applicable laws of their jurisdiction.

10.2 Closure by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any outstanding balance in your Account at the time of closure (subject to KYC completion and any applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via a verified payment method.

10.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure — whether initiated by you or by 8bett — any unused Bonus balances will be forfeited. Winnings derived from wagering activity conducted in breach of these Terms may also be void and subject to recovery.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8bett and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics or promotional content.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, data transmission errors or delays outside 8bett's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable local laws.
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, software providers or network operators.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

All content on the 8bett Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of 8bett or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, republish or resell any content from the Platform without prior written permission.
• Scrape, frame or mirror any part of the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice displayed on the Platform.
• Use the 8bett name, logo or branding in any manner that implies endorsement without explicit written authorisation.

Your use of the 8bett Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect your personal data in connection with your use of the Platform.

By registering an Account and using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. Where processing is carried out on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations.

8bett reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or by contacting you at the email address associated with your Account. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was published.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 10.2.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8bett holds its operating licence. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under any consumer protection legislation applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. Pakistani users are specifically reminded that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
